COMMUNITY RELATIONS
Saint Anthony Hospital was founded under the core principle of living out the loving ministry of Jesus Christ, offering health, healing and hope to the families of its community.
The Community Relations Department serves the communities of Little Village, North Lawndale, Pilsen, Brighton Park, McKinley Park, and Back of the Yards neighborhoods to ensure our residents receive proper care and adequate education to continue their progress and live healthy lives.
We are thoroughly committed to building a strong and healthy community. Through various outreach strategies, the hospital provides a wide variety of free bilingual community health education/outreach programs and services. Staff work with community based organizations, schools, parishes and other agencies to bring health education, early childhood and mental health services.
Having A Health Fair? Need Help?
We appreciate the opportunity to support you in promoting a healthy community. Please tell us about your organization and your event by filling out and returning our
Health Fair / Outreach Request Form
(PDF: 3 pages / 200KB). The form will be shared with members of the Outreach Planning Team (OPT) distribution list. The appropriate OPT Team members will contact you directly to discuss their availability to participate in your event as your request is evaluated. In order to ensure our participation, we ask for a two week advanced notice of your scheduled event.
Please keep in mind if this event is a Health Fair that most Health Fairs are most effective when you reach out to people when they are already at a location. (e.g., Faith-based organizations may want to consider holding their fair before or after services where members are already present instead of on a Saturday where the fair is the only event going on.)
For more information, please contact Community Relations at 773-484-4395.
